HEEGAN.ORG promotes the rights, dignity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities and marginalized groups by ensuring equal access to services, opportunities, and community participation. Our programs support accessibility, protection, empowerment, and meaningful participation of persons with special needs in decision-making processes. We strengthen community awareness on disability inclusion, promote inclusive education and livelihoods, and support access to health, protection, and essential services.
