Youth & Women Empowerment

HEEGAN.ORG empowers women and youth by expanding opportunities for skills development, leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic participation. We support vocational training, small business initiatives, women-led enterprises, and youth engagement activities. Our programs promote equal participation, confidence building, and meaningful involvement in community development. We believe empowered women and youth are key drivers of positive social and economic change.
